ITel 2166 mostly incoming calls issue ring received but after call attend no communication

I am a regular user of Nokia keypad mobile provided by my organization but recently i have received an ITel 2166 mobile due to old nokia was out of order. I am facing incoming call issue i have also contact to my sim service provider they have tried to resolve this issue but not succeed. Later I have discussed this issue with my office colleagues and i found a person who have same issue and he has recently replaced his keypad mobile with ITel 2166. I suggest peoples before buy this mobile plz verify that issue. I have tried to send a mail to itel service representative but that email address is restricted and my decline mail return to my inbox.
