We offer a 100-days replacement policy for any manufacturing defects or malfunctions. The product and all accessories must be in their original condition to be eligible for replacement.

There are two kind of replacement in Itel:

• Replacement within 7 days of date of Activation [Complete box along with accessories will be replaced]
• After 7 days till 100 days of Activation [Only device will Replaced without accessories and box]
