Where do I find my order number?
Your order number was included in the confirmation email sent right after you placed your order. It usually starts with a # followed by digits, for example #12345. You can also find it in your account order history if you have an account.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days. Once your order ships, you can track it here in real time.
My tracking shows no updates — what should I do?
Tracking information can take 12–24 hours to appear after shipment. If it still shows no updates after 48 hours, please contact our support team and we'll investigate immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update the address. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
